• We are looking for motivated individuals to join our weekend team.
• We are currently in search of day-shift team members each Saturday and Sunday from 6am-1pm.
• We also have a PCA/LNA position available on Sunday evenings from 3pm-7pm.

• Four Seasons Care Home is looking for a part-time driver to transport residents locally around the Northfield, VT area to and from medical appointments, mainly Tuesdays through Thursdays. 
• Applicants must have a current Driver's License (preferably issued from the state of Vermont), a reliable vehicle with current inspections and registration as well as a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Good health and character.
• Neat appearance.
• Ability to work nicely with staff and members management and residents.
• Ability to follow written and verbal orders.
• Clear background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Duties and responsibilities

• Be punctual and dependable. You must call for your own replacement.
• Demonstrate a courteous manner to residents, family members, visitors, and fellow staff members.
• Maintain a cheerful, warm, and friendly attitude.
• Information concerning residents must be kept confidential following HIPAA regulations.
• Adhere to Policies and Procedures as established by the facility.
• Adhere to the dress code.
• Attend in-service training and testing, at least 12 hours per year.
• Maintain knowledge of the fire and emergency procedures.
• Provide residents with personal care under the supervision of and as directed by the management.
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and transporting residents, making beds, cleaning rooms and facility.
• Be aware of resident’s dietary restrictions, serves meals, and assist with dining room clean up, food preparation, cooking.
• Be alert to any changes in a resident’s condition and report such changes immediately to the charge person, management or RN.
• Answer call bells promptly and courteously, and appropriately interact with families, visitors, medical staff, and guardians.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and/or transfers of residents.
• Maintain a safe environment for the residents in their rooms and outside their rooms.
• Make maintenance aware of any safety concerns.
• Assist with housekeeping chores, cooking and cleaning as outlined daily.
